I was so tired of always looking for tools when I need them
Nothing major... just a hammer, nails, screwdrivers, a level, basic stuff
So for Christmas I asked Santa for my very own toolbox
Santa and my mom brought me this
Really nice craftsman soft tool bag!!
And some of these wonderful goodies!!
And because my hubby has lots of extra tools that I organized before our move
46 screw drivers ~ 4 hammers ~ goggles ~ masks~ and so much more...
I will be adding to this bag very soon!
Tell me do you have a tool box?
I don't have a tool box but I have revamped a makeup "tool box" into a craft box. It's amazing how all the little makeup compartments nicely fit all of my little craft goodies including beads, tools, etc.
ReplyDeleteI have always had a tool drawer in the house, but never a tool box, until this past Christmas when my Daughter gave me a pink one with lots of pink tools. It's great!Stop by for a visit sometime. My first visit great blog.

ReplyDeleteI have that exact same bag! I do have my own tools but "SOMEONE" keeps borrowing them so 1. Now my bag's a total mess and 2. Some of my tools are missing. This is a good reminder to me to clean out my bag and restock the items that have gone missing.
ReplyDeleteHi Patricia- I have been meaning to post how I made the lid for the basket in my header. They are really easy to make and cost next to nothing. It makes me smile that you were inspired and wondering how I made it. I have my own toolbox too. I keep it in my craft space/office with all my creative stuff so it is handy. I made an apron for a 5-gallon paint bucket a few years ago. I tend to throw everything, but the kitchen sink in it. Having everything I need in one place makes most projects easier. No running up and down to get the tools.

We are so alike!!! I got tools for Christmas too! My husband and I don't usually give each other gifts we just enjoy watching the kiddos have their Christmas but we do buy each other some little something and he got my some pink tools! It's so nice having my own hammer and stuff, lol. Best Christmas present ever! LOL!!

ReplyDeleteOMG Patricia! Run, don't walk to get yourself a jar of Nutella! It's the most delicious thing ever. It's a hazelnut and chocolate spread that people in other countries like Italy eat like peanut butter. Giada de Laurentis said that her mother would put it on toast for them as an after school snack. I wonder about that because it's just too luxurious and special to be giving to kids like a peanut butter sandwich...but as you see, my daughter loves it too.
