To do instead of eat

I made this box and filled it with fun and nurturing things I can do instead of eat
I will admit that I eat when I am bored ~
It is a mindless eating... and I am NOT hungry
If I would just eat because I am hungry and then stop when I am not hungry I would not have this weight issue... but it is emotional and out of boredom

I took an empty cracker box,
cut it down to size

and covered it with some leftover bead board wallpaper

Since I was putting the box in the kitchen I thought it was a perfect fit

I then added a wooden tag and some of my favorite black  ribbon...

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I then took slips of pretty paper and cut it with my cricut and added fun things that I could do when I get the urge to eat...
Things like
Paint my nails
Take a shower
Get a pedicure
Read a book
Journal
Look at an album
Create a seasonal item
Meditate
I love the way this "trash" turned out!
I know now that when I get the urge to eat... after I already ate enough... I will have something fun to do!
 Today I am linking up with
Thanks ladies!!!
