Inspiration

I am constantly inspired from reading blogs and searching the internet
Here is what I have been doing to save all of this precious information

A while back I created another blog where I include links to projects so that if I ever get to complete the idea I can link back to my inspiration when I show my version!
I have everything tagged so that things are easy to find
If I find a recipe I would like to try, I save it in this blog and then just look under the tag and there it is

I also keep poems and sayings on this blog as well as pictures too!

This helps save me from having everything saved on or computer and I never have to search like a mad woman... it is all right there when I needed!

What do you do with the inspiration you come across?

  1. What do I do with it? Usually nothing unfortunately. I wish I collected these things in a file or a scrapbook or something, but I don't. I have so many blog ideas, that I usually jump on and start typing out rough drafts, therefore I have many drafts on my blog waiting to be posted.

I've wanted to get into scrapbooking, but have never really started. I've got the supplies, just need to start. The story of my life! LOL

  2. I save my photos, but then I can never remember where I got the photos from. I do have an old "binder" I used to use years ago that I just found while cleaning out some junk....er, STUFF, and I had so much fun going through it to see how my tastes have changed.

(Or not changed. How sad is that?)

  3. I have a "Project Ideas" folder on my bookmarked favorites, I also save the pic in a folder on my computer. SO much inspiration in blogland, ya gotta love it!

  4. I read your comment on my food journal blog...that's so funny. Did he bring you some yet? FYI the Nutella is with the peanut butter in case you can't find it. It's really good w/strawberries and I also eat it with graham crackers or on toast. Enjoy!
