Today is inspection day! I am so EX~ANXIOUS My hubby coined this new term the other day when I told him I was excited and anxious all at the same time I plan to take some pictures of the house today hopefully! Most of the house is going to be a before (as in there will be a lot of before pics) We both love the house so much it has good bones!! 70's ranch 3 bedrooms bathroom kitchen living room The house itself is on the small side ... BUT with lots of potential for growth There are 2 yards! A huge basement with high ceilings A great patio area... and a half circle driveway! The yard is like the middle of the woods... and there are 2 of them!! The total lot measures 173 x 133 x 133 x 20 We will have a ton of mature landscaping too! Birch and oak and pine trees Plus Rose of Sharon and Hosta ... and so far that is all I can remember! I have so many plans swirling in my head right now The biggest plan is the kitchen I cannot wait to order the bead board wall paper and to remove doors and drawers and to paint... and to trim and to paint again! I plan to paint the kitchen white with maybe a warm green accent... we'll see! Oh the plans and oh the nerves! My stomach has not done this many flip flops since I married the hubs almost 10 years ago I am so excited!
