God is so good!
I am not even sure what to do first!
We made an offer on a house and it was accepted! WOHOO!
We only had to counter once~
So now the hard stuff begins!
financing ~ inspections ~ searches ~ closing ~ painting ~ moving
I am exhausted and overwhelmed just thinking about it all!
I am choosing to deal with what I can control ~ STUFF
I am already starting to de~clutter!
Thank goodness I know of a really nice consignment shop and thrift shop that will both help me out!
We have a ton of stuff to get rid of before we move
I will be sharing a lot of this process on our blog ~
stay tuned!
EDITED: Paperwork all complete... calling the mortgage company and the inspector tomorrow!
