Whirlwind

It has been a whirlwind couple of weeks

I am cautiously optimistic that we are buying the house... I say cautiously because we had been hurt in the past over buying a house.

It was a completely different situation back then however!

We go tomorrow to the bank to take care the of the money situation

Plus tomorrow I will call the inspector once we get back from the bank to inspect the house

We are SO BLESSED!

I contacted the inspector and it turns out that he was friends with my brother in HS

He is giving us a break on the inspection which is wonderful

The house is so cute~ and I am so excited to live there!

Before that though we have a ton of painting to do

When I say a ton I mean each room plus the basement need to be painted

I am thinking of a painting party~ some good friends, paint, pizza and beer!

o many of our family and friends have gone by the house and think it is adorable

I can't wait to show my parents and in laws the inside

I will be able to do that soon... once the bank gives us the funds LOL

I am worried about that.

We were pre approved for our loan and we have great credit... but yah just never know

I have faith though that His Will Be Done!

I can't wait to breathe again!
