Cable TV

I wondered 2 months ago what canceling cable would do to my life?

I mean really what the heck would I do without it?

What would I do without Jon and Kate, the Roloffs, Lifetime & Hallmark?

How could I go on without HGTV and Food Network?

The topic came up when talking to my parents one day about how the cable bill was ringing up to be 70.00 a month.

We all agreed that it was getting way too much for them!

We live in a duplex and split the cable and the internet (just so the story makes sense)

One day the cable was there and the next day it was gone

Neither one of us miss it

Seriously I am not even kidding I don’t miss the cable for all it was worth at all

Maybe because it is summer and there is always so much to do Surly in the middle of a cold dark NE winter I will miss it Maybe I’ll let you know But for now I maybe watch the am news getting ready for work and I will maybe watch the evening news MAYBE One thing though I was happy about is that we do have a channel called Create and it has the Katie Brown show on it… she is my kind of gal who is real and down to earth and not over the top

I enjoy her show if Dh happens to catch it on and calls me in to see it ... I think that is cute of him!!

Oh and as for NBC... Leno is gone and I am not a fan of Conan so guess what…

we fall asleep earlier now too!

So life without cable is fine by me… cuz I get to create things and decorate and take walks and cook and read book and borrow DVDs from the library and cuddle and BLOG

Oh and I do still get to see my deep dark secret… Real Housewives of NJ cuz it is on BRAVO and we still have that
